Spin Doctor has done it again. The “Clean Machine Chain Cleaner” is a really cool tool. The design is engineering art and using it is simple.
When I clean my bike with Murphy’s Oil Soap cleaning the chain is the finishing touch. A dirty chain is a real energy hog. You’re gonna fly up the hills with a clean well oiled chain.
If you have a work stand it makes the job easier. Set your bike up wash the frame wheels and components now you’re ready for the chain.
Fill it up with solvent, snap it on, crank the peddles and your chain is clean. Wipe the chain with a rag. Put a few drops of 3 in 1 Oil on the chain and any moving parts of the derailleurs. Now you’re ready for the mountains.

Thirty years ago this tool would have been so expensive no would have tried to sell it. New technology makes our lives better. We can spend less time wrenching and more time riding.
